Alicia Mai carries out most repairs either onsite or in its dedicated workshop, by its highly experienced goldsmith. From simple soldering repairs and ring re-sizing to complete re-designs, jewellery remodelling and bespoke commissions, we undertake the full range of repairs and manufacturing. We offer battery replacement on-site, and have a fully experienced watchmaker to undertake servicing and repairs to both quartz and mechanical watches. Alicia Mai is also able to return prestige watches to the appropriate manufacturer for servicing and repair on clients’ behalf.

We have been committed to jewellery repair and servicing for nearly 50 years. Repairing jewellery, mending jewellery, restoring vintage rings and fixing old jewellery. We are experts in gold, silver and platinum soldering and also specialise in resizing rings. We have an onsite workshop to clean and polish diamond rings, and are able to replace or re-polish chipped gemstones.
